I have heard many covers of songs by Gary Moore, but I have never heard a guitarist nail the exact sound of Moore like this. It's not just the skill, it's the way of bending, the control over sustain, the lot of it. Extremely impressive, on the whole.

Howie is great, but, I would just like to say how much passion the vocalist puts into this beautiful song. All together magnificent.

Magnificent guitar work and playing by the rest of the band, but the vocalist is just as magnificent. What a great, crystal clear vibrato he has, and the way he bends certain notes is superb. He even puts a growl in some of the parts, which I really enjoyed. I think I love this version even more than the original, and that's saying a lot.

Anyone my age in there 50's witnessed and lived in the best era in music and life, so sad how things have ended up. Howie smashes this to bits, Gary would give massive thumbs up!!

I don't think the people sitting in the crowd really realize what sorcery just happened on the guitar. Managing the sustain like Gary Moore did is a really, really hard job. It wasn't his shredding that made him an epic guitarist, lots of guitarists can shred fast. It's what he could do with one single note. The main opening riff of the song is something I could play somewhat the first day I tried it, but I can still not play it right after an year of trying it. Kudos to you guys, hope I get to see you someday :)

Gotta love this. Howie has been my guitar idol for years and my inspiration. i was once lucky enough to play on stage with him when i was younger. In my opinion one of the best guitarists in the world today.

This guy must have been obsessed with guitar and music when he was very young. Practicing 10 hours a day (most likely even whilst cooking breakfast) or he has sold his soul to the devil. It is amazing how many different playing techniques and styles he plays spot on.
