Big cat is the best boss ever always using his contacts to help grow younger guys. Everyone that chose to move to Chicago is thriving and all helping each other.

I think he just leads from the front as well as Dave does. After seeing the office split and the way things have gone so far, just moving to Chicago didn’t change them. I feel like they were all collaborative minded people that saw someone who would nurture their drive to be the best. No shade to those in NYC, well some of them, but it’s just a different type in NYC it seems.

Jameis always a great guest. Has had one of the more interesting careers in the past 10 years too - part of a lot of storylines both good and bad, but seems to come out smiling knowing that he is living his dream
