I made this today! Looks amazing! I think its going to be really sweet. Next time maybe I will use half condensed Milk or can i replace to non sweet condensed Milk? Thanks by thé way its so easy to make with kids ❤️

I use a plain vanilla icecream, per scoop one tablespoon of mango pulp (asian store), mix in a blender, back in the fridge for a while or eat it soft - best fruity icecream!

Can anyone help...I don't want a supper sweet ice cream. Can I substitute the condensed milk with something else? Or use less condensed milk?

You can reduce it to 1/2 can of condensed milk. I dont like too sweet either thus reducing the condensed milk

Maybe dumb question, but can you substitute heavy cream for say greek yogurt?

No, you can't use yogurt in this recipe.

You physically can, but after an overnight in the freezer, it’ll get pretty hard. Also, it might not get as fluffy as cream. Try adding a couple tablespoons of corn starch to help. Corn starch is like a less concentrated form of xanthan gum. You see that in ingredients of most ice creams. It helps to lower freezing point, a little. Experiment with half cream and half yogurt?
