I do love the metro system they have. What a crazy skyline. What is the population of Panama City. The place looks massive. Oh I like that historical district. Have I said how much I love the history expositions you guys go into in these videos? Dear God the coffee puns 🤦! The churches are beautiful. Hummus Chipotle!!! Dear God! Visiting the Panama Canal is a bucket list item. Absolutely amazing experience to see a project that changed the World. Well done guys.

I so enjoy Casco Viejo, or any old town for that matter, because it is so walkable. The old buildings and those that are updated to the current style but with the old design intact. I will try to remember don’t go to top tourist attractions on a Sunday as the crowds at the Panama Canal was crazy. Hot temperature and crowds of people Yikesss; thanks for toughing it out for us. 😁

I love the history that you provide for each site! Panama City is just incredible, so much to do and see. I'm surprised that only 40 vessels go through the canal each day and that it takes 8 hours.

The lunch you had looked so good - would love those empanadas! Sad to hear about the gentrification - definitely impacts those that need the support more. The Panama Canal is fascinating! I would love to watch some of the ships going through. Love that Morgan Freeman narrates their Imax movie. Definitely making me want to visit Panama even more!

More like reminiscent of Cadiz in Spain which is where most of the explorers that arrived in the Americas came from. Google Map (Street View) Cadiz, Spain and you'll see similar infrastructure.

I always heard that Panama was a bit dodgy but you guys look so comfortable walking around - what was your feeling on overall safety for wandering? It looks so clean there - similar to your video of Mazatlan, which blew my mind and was completely accurate. I love how Heidi always orders salad for something light and ends up with the biggest plate of food! Thanks for sharing your experiences!
