As a professional working to transition into customer success this video was very encouraging to see. I possess each of these qualities, and skills, but now I am working hard to market my skills and make this transition. I remain encouraged!

Wishing you all the best Chris, I transitioned to a Customer Success Manager role in 2018 and it has been the best decision I’ve made in my career so far.

I'm currently working in a customer service role, kind of like a call centre and I have been approached by a cleaning company for a CS Specialist role. I tick all 4 boxes but I'm not sure if this is for me, I'm hesitant to fully accept it even though I hate my current job and I'm desperate to change it.

@tigerlilyy thanks. I went to the interview and it didn't feel right, like I would outgrow the position and the company in the first year. I was supposed to go to a second interview but never heard back from them so 🤷
