Always love hearing Sandler and DP shoot the shit. The first part of this conversation had me missing Chris Farley, all these years later and he's still a legend even to the next generation. Edit: I was with my family back in 2011-2012, we saw Sandler at the Las Vegas Airport, my parents said not to bother him because it would draw a crowd, I took it to heart and it was definitely a learning experience, if you respect somebody you also respect their time and personal space.

And Dan doesn't get it and instead is shamelessly begging for more money and a bigger part. Good stuff!

Sandler stands up to his decision to cut Dan's scene. I think that's a hint he's tired of feeling obligated to cast him in every movie he does.

Hey Benjamin, That's a good point. That said, to be honest, until I stumbled across this video (looking for Adam Sandler interviews) I have never even seen or heard of Dan Patrick before (and I suppose I should have, as I keep up on most celebs and am myself in the industry, if minorly). For what work is he most famous/renowned? As a side note, I'm curious as to why he would complain about $10K for work on Adam's film. 10 grand for a day or 2 of work on a film (even a big feature film) is not bad at all (definitely above union scale).

Dan Patrick seems annoying anyway. I’ve watched other interviews of his with Adam and he keeps asking him when he’s gonna get a car. It’s super annoying and kinda rude
