@@misterbobby8913 Sandler and Aniston have done 2 movies together. But I think tgey said in an interview that they are good friends. In all honesty, Sandler seems like a pretty chill dude. He probably gets along with everyone. But in case of Drew I think it's a bit more special. Since as they said, both have done 3 films together. One for each decade since the 90s.

They might be the best couple actors... because it shows the love and respect how it even transfers into real life. Such a natural bond. I came onto this vid reminiscing about how good the Wedding Singer was and I'm glad I saw it. :)

If you havent ever looked up the history between the two of them it is so deep. They saved eachother in their dark moments and "the wedding singer" truly was the start of their beautiful friendship.

Before "The Wedding Singer", Drew had a very turbulent personal life, with stints in and out of rehab, and mostly cast in "rebel girl" roles because of her personal issues. I think Adam is partially the reason why Drew's career saw a resurgence in adulthood.

@@gammarazor7798 Drew Barrymore's memoir, Wildflower, talks about the first time they met after she was basically beg, borrow, steal a contact to talk to Sandler but there was this radio interview where she puts down all the rumours they were sleeping with other because it was like above that - Sandler treated her like a lady and she responded by seeing him as a friend but also an inspiriation and then bought it to the films. That's the power of inner beauty and the best thing about when a man and woman fall in love (not lust and you don't need to have sex to be in love): two opposites making magic happen by improving each other.

Hannah Larmond Because despite the interview being obviously rehearsed and staged (That's not a criticism, it's just how a show like this works.) At the end, a truly sweet, compassionate, and loving surprise came out. Drew, who despite her past, is a really sweet person who has a heart of gold. She was then given a hugely sweet and emotional gift that had to have reminded her of a beautiful moment from a wonderful film. Just, in a sense, like we were as on lookers. Her reaction is one of pure elation. She was shocked, awed, and obviously flattered by that song. When we as people, with hearts, see that we have no choice but to have this empathy of happiness that makes us tingly. I know explanation can sometimes be detrimental to emotion but in this case, understanding it only seems to make it more endearing. In my opinion anyway.

I think in the type of industry that they are in, it is understandable the kind of relationships they will have with their coworkers. I am not saying that they are going to cheat but their is just that understanding that they do this for public attention. Plus, its drew and adam. 51st dates is my all time favorite romantic movie, I can't be surprised if they make another movie again ten years from now.

It's no doubt that the song "grow old with you" mean something to them. It was a very emotional moment for both Adam and Drew. You can hear Adam's voice at the end when he says "Drewy" and the quick "thank you" right after. Drew wanted to break down but she hold it. There's no doubt they do love each other, but only they know why they aren't together.

I love the fact that we all know that lil kiss was out of pure love, not romantic or sexual or passional or anything like that. That little kiss is love in it's purest form and we all accepted it and won't make a big deal of it because both of them are married and all of that. This is beautiful.

There really seemed to be more to it than just a recall of a long friendship; it's like Sandler wanted to surprise Drew, knowing that single line would be so special to her. It's like they know the ship has long sailed on any opportunity for them beyond friendship. It's both beautiful and poignant at the same time.

For sheer talent, he blows them out of the water. Plus, his ratings are going up just because it's new and people still have yet to transfer to the new show.

At the next segment in that episode, Jimmy said that the last 2 lines from Adam wasn't in the rehearsal, they did that without her knowing about it so it was a genuine reaction from her + being pregnant gets the emotions going even more. They make a great team.
