Botswana and her neighbors are not only friends,we also have relatives on either sides of the border.the bond is so strong with deep relations.

I speak Setswana, I'm South African. I live less than 5 kilometers from the border fence with Botswana. We are separated by a tributary of Molopo river a 2 fences that are not really working. We do sometimes go partying in Botswana but it is more common for them to come this side as it is more vibrant than Bots.

What first put Botswana on the map for me as a European was The No 1 Ladies Detective Agency. Both the books and the television series, which is on KZfaq. Highly recommended!

@@onlyjames628lol, it's the same thing. Only difference is the prefix 'SE' which is used in the native language to describe any language, e.g, SeZulu, SeXhosa, SeTswana, etc. English doesn't use prefixes before any language hence they will be written as Tswana, Zulu, Xhosa, Tsonga, etc.

The Black and white yes represents the diversity in culture and race but also the natural Fauna and Flora of the country...he gets the Zebra reference from us calling our national team the Zebras because our colors tend to a bit of blue then Black and White....he kinda lied..lol

Little fact: Botswana gives its citizens free education from kindergaten to senior school and also provides them with free healthcare which can extend to going to a foreign country to seek specialized medical attention the government pays for it, Its one of the most free country in africa even allowing women to become kings even before independence
