If you have a problem with it take it up with the people that started breeding them in the 1700's. These are basically pets. Do you not have dogs? Cats? This is no different. Farriers don't work for the love of it. It is their occupation, and caring for the animals in one's custody is a responsibility.

The original owners should face some kind of penalty such as being prohibited from owning animals. I’m very glad that she adapted so quickly to her "pedicure."

Hahaha same here and I’ve had horses most of my life. I bought a pony for my toddler son that was this same way. My farrier was Charlie Hill he was awesome. You couldn’t even tell that pony looked this way.

Why? Because people threated her HORRIBLE! they should be in jail

How could anyone let this pony get to that point? I don't imagine there is any way to punish the owner in a way this pony had to live.
