Vegan here. I substituted flax "egg" for eggs hoping would be ok. These balls were mush and fell apart. Just letting you all know in case you were wondering about substitute for egg.

I know right? I'm vegan...wonder if the plant based egg product "Just egg" would be okay for this recipe!

@@Kim-dm4yb the egg is a binder to keep the mixture from getting crumbly, so a vegan egg substitute or a flax egg should work just fine. I'm thinking aquafaba might work too.
