My niece gave me a purple stone...to be held in the palm. To calm and encourage sleep. Not sure what this stone is....?

Great message!! ‘Every thought has an effect on the body’, and obviously drives our emotions - gud mental hygiene!! But isn’t the Sun too strong on most crystals to energise?? Especially amethyst!! Moonlight and ‘crystal clear fresh water’ is best, no??

Sorry... We have oaks and willows here and the willows constantly break in the wind or completely uproot. Nobody plants them near their houses otherwise it might completely fall over through the house. What was left after 90 mph straight winds?? Oaks.
