"Piss rifle?" The piss rifle, better known as the sydney sleeper, is a rifle that covers enemies in jarate while scoped. It charges faster and instead of criting on headshot, minicrits, and does a small pisssplosion. A smaller known fact is that it can also extinguish teammates while scoped. "What is the ambassador" A revolver that does less damage but crits on headshots, used to be the best revolver in the game, it was kinda busted "What is the diamond back" A revolver that gives guaranteed critical hits when a building you are sapping is destroyed or you get a backstab. Its kinda really good since you can store the crits like you can with the frontier justice.

Soundsmiths hat is the Dr's dapper topper with the time warp effect. Its worth over 2000 dollars but thats ONLY because of soundsmith, it was worth 600 dollars before he bought it.

4:48 he's referring to the Syndey Sleeper. You can't insta kill people with a head shot on this rifle but it charges up faster, and when you shoot someone with this thing, it covers them in Jarate. Incase if you have forgotten, anything that hits one who is covered in Jarate will mini crit, so they'll take more damage. So this gun sacrifices an insta kill head shot for the power to give damage buffs to teammates and can do this to multiple targets across the map. If you already knew about this weapon I'm sorry for making myself look like an idiot.

11:41 Back in 2010-ish, certain combinations of hats/weapons offered a bonus stat effect. The "Saharan Spy" set required the items shown and the bonus was it silenced the dead ringer's decloak noise (its notoriously loud). All the set effects were retired somewhere 2013 and now all the set does is make a little sandstorm when you taunt.

11:48 the L'Etranger gives you more cloak if you hit your enemies, the Your Eternal Reward disguises you as an enemy you backstabbed with, and the enemy you backstabbed will have no death noises. The Dead Ringer is a very important tool for the Spy, he can fake his death if he has it, press RMB to bring out the Dead Ringer, if your feign meter is empty, you can't bring out your Dead Ringer (sometimes), you can use the L'Etranger to fill up the cloak bar (i think)

for your information, snipers (and other 125/150hp classes) hates charged up bodyshots. in tf2, it just doesn't feel right to be killed this way, when one clean headshot in less than a second kills you.

The sets are ,like the name implies, sets of weapons and hats for one class (for example the Milkman set for Scout, which is the Shortstop, The Mad Milk, The Fish and the Milkman Hat) If you were wearing the whole set, you would get different effects, the Madmilk set have +25hp to Scout's base health, The Soldier's set gave you (I think) a 20% sentry damage resistance, They Pyro set gave you faster movement speed for the exchange of having a bullet damage vurneability, The Sniper set gave you the immunity to headshots (if you get headshotted, you would live with 1hp) and the Spy set gave you less decloak sound for the exchange of having a slower blinking cloak time

you can check with loadout.tf your own loadouts and can costumize every class with all hats, to see the effects etc.

The diamond back is the top spy gun after the amby nerf of 2017 it store a critical hit for each backstab and building sapped within your life for a -15% damage penalty and no random crits It is considered op because you are rewarded for basic spy gameplay and is the best damage dealing gun and is equal if not slightly better to the l’etranger At the time of recording it was a sleeper weapon but has been catapulted front and centre and has the same hatred thrown at it the old ambi had

I was such a try-hard Spy (and Pyro) main that I'd stop playing spy when there were three spies on the team and swap to medic because we didn't have any... Sadly, I'm a really bad medic. Turns out you can stand still a lot when your primary class(es) rely on ambush tactics. Not so much as a medic.

The piss gun is a gun that shoots bullets full of piss (jarate) and deal like 2 seconds of mini cries after your shot with it but it only minicrits on Head shots

I usually use the dashin only because it is the only hat I have for spy that isn't my Halloween restricted one that is the one that is what I would say the hat that I actually prefer to use.

"What's a "set effect"?" There was a time when you could build a set with 1 cosmetic item and 2-3 weapons which would give you bonuses. For example, "The Tank Buster" for Soldier (Grenadier's Softcap, Black Box, Battalion's Backup) which would give 20% damage resistance from Sentry Guns. Or "The Special Delivery" for Scout (Milkman, Shortstop, Mad Milk, Holy Mackerel) which would increased Scout's health to 150. The most busted set effect was the "Croc-O-Style Kit" for Sniper which gave you immunity to headshots.

Gonna say the $1300 one you mentioned for an Anger hat was probably Unusual. So it has a unique SFX added to it, making it glow or emit color or some other cool visaul bonus effect. They are super rare so they are expensive. You can probably buy a normal Anger on the in game steam store for like... $3-$4

The Diamondback is personally my favorite gun for Spy. It rewards crits for basically doing your job as Spy, like sapping buildings and getting backstabs. But of course it's not the Ambassador so it can't possibly be any good to anyone at all

The piss rifle (Sydney sleeper) can be used in a specific loadout to make a new subclass, the piss sniper. Basically you equip the Sydney sleeper, jarate and bushwacka and piss on the entire enemy team. Might be fun to try.

Valve forgot to put an edgy hat in for the engineer so they decided to make up for it by adding tons of edgy hats for sniper and spy.

Good thing the Ambassador and Deadringer got nerfed.

Honestly it might be a better idea to do misc stereotypes before weapons, they were made first if i remember correctly. Also, outside of still waiting for the comics, i'd recommend reacting to "ALL UNUSUAL Hat Effects (November 2020)" by Pav Plays to see all of the unusual effects a hat can have.
