The Fearless Man

The Fearless Man

6 жыл бұрын

One really important key to become the man you want to be is developing a deeper awareness and relationship with your body, feelings, and emotions so you're more conscious and can release and let go of all the thoughts and beliefs that are the real things holding you back from being the man you want to be and living the FULL life you want.
We've become too analytical and heady as a society today, and especially as men. A strong logical, analytical mind can be a powerful tool, but too often these days it comes at the expense of our relationship to our feelings, emotions, and relationship with our physical body.
When we're SO caught up in our analytical minds - when we're so stuck in our heads - that we lose the feelings of really being deeply in touch with our body, we lose touch with our emotions and form more subconscious thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, life, and what's possible. That subconscious baggage is what's weighing you down in any area of your life that you're not happy with or not progressing quickly in the right direction. Becoming conscious of it, fully facing it, and letting it go is the key to become the man you want to be, accomplishing your goals, having the relationships, dating, and sex life you want, the adventures and experiences you want to have, and just living a "fuck yes!" dream life...the man you were born to be.

@@TheFearlessMan I second that comment (as did 17 other people)! Hey Brian, I would think that you'd be able to put one of these coaching sessions on in the Seattle area because Seattle is full of introverted computer programmers who have tons of money. I'm not one of those guys with tons of cash, but I do need this training and have a VISA card! :) Google "Seattle freeze". (There are hotels in SeaTac/Tukwila/Renton (which is close to the airport), and up in Alderwood/Lynnwood... all of which would probably be cheaper than using a hotel in the Seattle city limits). Thanks for all these wonderful hope-providing, depression destroying videos!

This is why I appreciate you Brian. You have a gift for getting to the meat and potatoes of the issues plaguing society specifically us Men and offering real nail on the head solutions no one else thinks of on what really matters ,getting to the real root of things intellectually emotionally not just band aid solutions or dancing around the point with jabber that doesn't help and solutions that don't completely get to the root. I found your stuff last year. I have been incredibly busy, and a lot has happened in my life, but it was a huge breakthrough to realise that what I feel on a moment to moment basis is really important. And that emotions won't destroy you if you allow yourself to experience them. I definitely have much more work to do, but I feel much better now thanks to your advice about just basically allowing yourself to feel, good or bad. As men we're taught to stuff down emotions, and this can cause a lot of pain in the long run.

Hey Brian, I love your content it's just helpful and inspirational. So my problem is lately I became to have this fear of talking to women which I hadn't before and It reflects automatically on my relationships and I began to have any results with women. So right know I begin to talk to random women in the streets or at the bar i got some numbers but the confidence isn't here (maybe after getting the number) but after that, it's gone and I go back every time to point 0.

He talks more about what makes a good leader, and he goes back to the caveman days and the relationship to the Alpha male, I see a lot of dynamics between what the two of you teach. If you havent checked it out I think youd find it very interesting and maybe even applicable in your own works. I liked this video, lots and lots of info! looking forward to next one!

Brian, I think the process of embodiment is very abstract. I watched several of your videos but I don't get it. I think I feel already too much, and I don't understand how this relates to the body. I studied "letting go" and Sedona method, read several books on it, but so far it didn't affect my (nonexistent) love life.

@TheFearlessMan
@TheFearlessMan 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your question again Arshad. I'm linking a video that goes in-depth into this but there is a particularly good technique for releasing anger that Brian discusses. Anger is fundamentally a response to a feeling of insecurity. Anger by itself is volatile and gets sprayed around but from a place of courage we can direct the energy of our anger towards that insecurity. This means for example not directing the anger at your ex because she is not really the source of the insecurity. The real source of the insecurity is the internal self-judgement that gets triggered by being dumped. Use this video to learn more and start to focus the raw energy of anger towards those self-judgements. - Andrew, The Fearless Man kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jaeXncqlvayZj5s.html

I'm not him and and am in no way associated with this channel, but it is probably because his business is teaching self-improvement and dating to men who are interested in women. I think that his videos probably apply to any man who needs to be more self accepting and needs to step into his masculine confidence and connect with his emotions. Here's something I find interesting: Every gay man I have ever met (and also Elton John) had a horrible relationship with his father (that they don't want to talk about) and felt that their father did not love them at all. Years ago, back when I was still a Christian, I saw a video on KZfaq of a guy who was gay and then turned straight after becoming a Christian (and imagining that he was experiencing the totally unconditional love and approval of Jesus). He said something that was very interesting... He said that he had sex with men because he was looking for the approval and love his father never showed him in the eyes of his partner. I thought that was very interesting because it appeared to confirm my suspicion. In today's society, my inference that there could be something that is not totally emotionally 100% in the psychology of a person who was "born this way" is considered hate speech, but I've always wondered what would happen if a gay man who had a terrible relationship with his father got therapy to work through his emotions about feeling rejected and unloved by his father. Society (Lady Gaga? :) insisting that there is absolutely nothing to address/investigate/improve/correct actually does a great disservice to anyone who would actually like to change their orientation for some reason (I'm NOT saying that they SHOULD want to!). As for me, I live and let live and have no judgements about anyone or how anyone acts or lives. After all, it is none of my damn business. But I do have this little theory... but I don't know if it is right or wrong. Have a fantastic day!

1) what would you say about guys who have low testosterone - surely they need some medical assistance as well. 2) I know you're not a classical pick up artist and have nothing to prove; but why don't you record some 'in-field' footage to illustrate your point. For example a few approaches using bad technique on purpose and a few approaches using good technique and energy etc

@TheFearlessMan 5 жыл бұрын
Sometimes addressing your issues medically can be really good-if you’re not taking care of your health, everything else will be slower and harder to shift. But I’d look at whether there are underlying emotional/behavioral issues that are contributing as well: Ie overuse of porn and masterbation, or just emotions and past experiences relating to your Sex and dating life that you’re numbing out, that could be the core cause of the low testosterone

Well, don't make it an exuse. I had low testosterone. Basically I don't have testicles and can't produce my own testosterone. It gave me a pretty delayed puberty, but now I feel and function as a masculine guy. Nobody can tell that I don't produce my own. I got medical help. If I hadn't, I would still be sitting weak and with a child voice in my parents house. Now I live on my own and I'm one of the most popular men at my school. Get help if you can't help yourself man.
