In this fiddle lesson are two versions of the fiddle tune Up Jumped the Devil. The first, in the key of A, is based on the 1936 recording by The Tune Wranglers, a Texas Western Swing band. I then show a version as played by Texas fiddler Clarence Gatemouth Brown, in the key of D. On screen sheet music is used throughout, and a free pdf copy is available to subscribers. (see below).
