I am INEOS IN. The way they handled the ETH review wasn’t apt. They had to get it done sooner and if they were potentially going to stick with him then they should have sorted out the negotiations around his new contract before hand. RVN coming in is great. But this new guy is a SEG guy and worked with ETH before so seems like a ETH driven decision.

Nobody gives Arteta and the senior leadership behind him enough credit for being able the gut the club top to bottom and completely change the footballing culture. It's without a doubt been out biggest asset to our game, and Man U will no doubt see the same benefit ... Just be aware it's not going to be as soon as next season. people are too blind to see he was the cause of multiple injuries that happened or went undetected which caused more issues, he was one of the major inputs into diabys problems, since he left we had 1 freak accident with timbur and then party. all others was very minimal. when he was in charge it was min 5 BIG injuries on average a season with him as the head doc

Manchester United ♥️ As I predicted the clever, sly, meticulous backtracking with jargon ridden rhetoric - to get back on side & save face. What he claims he's been "calling for" in reality it was me, he only repeated what I said many years ago but it's empty words with him, his actions said otherwise. What he says & what he does/how he acts doesn't align/matchup. Anyways I dusted him up so bad over the years now I'm glad he's somewhat seeing sense, basically he got a distinctive pattern he goes through phases, super negative to super positive so it's fun to see flip flop back & forth. I laugh at the way he worms his way out with buzzwords/jargon. Everything I said that will happen has happened, what I said he will do & say he has done & said. How I said he will craftily spin it to get back on side once he didn't get his wish of getting the manager sacked. Two things can be right at the same time. I still believe that we need to get rid of ten Hag which is a problem but most of us never once said it's not the macrocosm of why we have been awful for a decade; which is the ownership, structure, facilities and the culture of Man Utd. O'Driscoll was the reason United had so many injuries last season. Arsenal was during his tenure one of the most injury plagued club in PL. He left Arsenal stopped having muscle injuries, where United were plagued. Man is a grim reaper.

O'driscoll was not the reason we had so many injuries, half the squad was already out injured by the 5th game and he didnt even arrive until late September. we basically had a continuation of the injury crisis we had at the end of 22-23. united targeted him because arsenal had the best injury record itl in his last season with them

@@CoreDian Recovery time depends on the extent and severity of the injury mate its more to do with luck, nothing to do with losing a head doctor. arsenal also had the best season injury-wise out of every team in his last year with them, they factually had the most consistent starting XI. Anyone that understands football will know that you cant solely blame one man for every injury and recovery time of all things lol

I do understand Terry's and others view point that a complete fresh start with a new manager might have been needed but it is not coincidence that INEOS previously looking at McKenna, keeping ETH as manager and now likely to hire VanNistelrooy as an assistant, that institutional knowledge of the club is still important.

I am going to back you here 100% Terry. Back in the day you were one of the few to see what was happening at Arsenal and understood that it was going to take time to reach any kind of level. There is this notion that Ineos are just choosing these people (coaches) for ETH without his input. If you remember few months ago it was rumoured that ineos wanted an English coash to work under ten hag. Notice that ETH said before he sign the contract they were going through with negotiations. Then you see all these coaches appointed are all dutch and are connected to ETH in one way or another. Actually ETH an Haka are good friends. These feels like ETH assembling people he can trust after seeing the requirements of job 2 years in.

Inoes haven't done any thing yet untill we actually see the impact of their changes which might take a season or two ... then we can judge... what they're currently implementing is basic staff and because we've been poorly run by the Glazers, people's are getting excited by the basic ... majority of prem teams have a structure... Structure doesn't guarantee anything... so before people's like yourself get excited and start claiming dreams are going to come true... we should wait and we actually see the impact... cus a year from now we could still be complaining about all thses decisions they've made

i like what im seeing and keeping ETH but reserve judgement on ineos for a year or two i hope we work on the medical team and bring in proper negotiators that branthwaite contract seems like mistakes of the past given a player on around 40k a 150k contract is 3 times his wage when around 100k would be more fair and allowing eth to bring in staff he wants

I liked your comment because you're partially correct, a lot of us United fan's are impatient , however those of us who have a bit about us know that all the shit beforehand doesn't go away over 1 season year etc it will take time and will have to be done right or we will remain the same, have a great day bud 👍

Biggest waffle merchant in the game, glad to see some similarities demonstrating at Man U similar to what you criticize Chelsea owners for...you happy to see all the decision makers the club have at Man U, Chelsea got rid of their old staff you stated it wasn't a good idea, look at you now doing "thank you & goodbye" video for Man U staff...still owe net88 an apology and the clubs you called out as well relating to them.
