I used to pay road tax when I had my 4x4 but I gave that away and got myself a C1 and it cost no tax at all. I still have tax like you did but I don't pay anything.

It was really helpful! Can you please help me what else do I need to do? I did exactly the same what you explained but I just received a letter from DVLA that I didn't pay. Is there anything I should do? Many Thanks.

Hi Petra. Did you get the Confirmation of Vehicle Tax email? It will contain a reference number. Perhaps contact DVLA and inform them of it. Here's their contact information. Good luck 👍 www.gov.uk/contact-the-dvla
