@@YunusBeg-kq8pk start your day with one clove (lukewarm),then after chia seeds,in breakfast I take beetroot,apple,carrot,and one cucumber,for protein I take soaked moong+chana etc, try to avoid completely all the sugar type items used jaggery instead of sugar, try to avoid as much as u can

While taking medicine(udiliv300) it is maintained at 25 but when I stop then start increasing and go to 250. What should I do? I have checked for the possible disease (hep b,c, autoimmune, MRI except biopsy). Nothing detected on these tests. Previously kpa was 13 but now it reduced to 5.
