My first (good) handgun was a Gen 3 Glock 22 right when I ETSed from the Army. I got it because my plan was to go LE and the department I was planning on required a G22. Did not end up going LE, but built on the 40SW platform for years until I moved away from 40 a few years later. Freaking crazy, my first handgun was a S&W Sigma 40SW as well. It had just came out and I did not have much money when I got out of the Army. That thing jammed about every third or fourth round. Sold it after that first range session and got the Glock 22.

My top 5 guns ( in my collection at the moment) 1911 Colt government series 1 minted in 1918… because they don’t make these anymore. Springfield XD 45 tactical,,,,, beast of a pistol PSA Dagger compact with suppressor height sights and a threaded barrel. AR15 16” with optic set up for 300 yards and backup flip up iron sights for those up close situations. Browning bolt action 270 with Browning 4x24x50 scope zeroed at 200 yards. ( deer slayer)

Colt Python 357 my favorite caliber and pistol, my dad had the 1971 when he worked undercover for the Cleveland Police Department. He was on Mayor Louis Stokes Bodyguard detail, he had great stories...an absolute beautiful firearm!

Not all handguns. :) Though these are one person`s personal 5. i would have included a combination of handguns, rible and shotgun. John Wick--well marketedéoverrated `gun film`Just happens to be the only one made as of late...helped by TTi --oddly a company known for Taran Butler ex-3-Gun champ.....not some ex=SF or SWAT guy who decided to do twhat he knows and teach `tactical shooting`to civilians for income...to each his own...if he picked 2 TTi guns.... Did have 1 AR he made...not all handguns... RDS---only necessary for competition IMHO....not for ùrban combat`....it`s just the ltest `toy` that`s driving the gun industry currently....bought mostly by gun nerds wanting a `tacti-cool tricked out pistol`....adsding a lightéRDS....guys whom I doubt deep down actually want to be in their first real world `shootout`....becsue most have no clue how it`s really going to play out....and actually believe it WILL BE like a scene from a John wick movie....lone good guy vs 93 bad guys emerges untouched talks t cops for 1 min and goes home....plays video games...
