Join me for a 25 minute Morning Pilates and Ballet Inspired workout. Enjoy this fusion of ballet, barre and standing pilates exercises which focus on strengthening and toning your legs, core and back. No dance experience needed. This session will be a mix of both standing pilates and easy to learn ballet exercises with a beautiful ballet twist to help you feel elegant, strong and flexible. An open level class suitable for anyone who enjoys pilates and barre workouts and would like to try a dancers style Pilates workout. Beginner Friendly 🩰

Thank you, Rachel. That was a great workout for me. I know that my left leg is weaker than my right, but I am hopeful that with time and regular pilates sessions, I will improve. Your classes have become so addictive, I look forward to a new session every time.

Rachel, thank you for your classes with clear, calm instruction and tailored movements that we can grow with from beginners to intermediate and beyond. Today's workout was good and a challenge. What's making me stop to type a comment, though, is something you said that I think is the core of why your classes are the best: you said you didn't care how high we lifted but you wanted us to feel wonderful.

Love this one. Of course harder than it looks!! I really struggle to make my leg look straight, even though I can fell my kneecap pulling up and my toes stretching out! Just keep working on it.
