I directly started 16:8 and for the first week I couldn't control my hunger but I managed by drinking water and sleeping early, but after a week my body got adjusted and now am able to continue with it and also feeling very light and my body is losing weight.

Go slow. Drink enough water, keep yourself hydrated. Drink lemon water with pink Himalayan salt. It should help. Follow 12.10 IF Method as of now. Then slowly increase once your body adept to the change. These are common symptoms as your body is getting a jerk, give it a week or two time, these symptoms will go away. Stay healthy and focused
