J C Watts and George Rhymes. What a pair. J C was spectacular with his pitches and Mr. Rhymes was a running son of a gun. Boomer Sooner

From Miami Northwestern. Back in 1979 I was on the stands with the marching band when he rushed for 295 yards against us (Miami High.) Thank God I was in the stands.

He was as explosive as any player at OU at multiple positions as I ever saw. He could play halfback, wide receiver, and return punts and make it look easy doing them all.

Is your uncle or grandad? I'm confused. I am a Vikings fan and remember him, he was a great kick returner. Hope all is well with him and your family.
