I have a plan to allow Jeremy's restaurant to remain open. Instead of having the kitchen in the shed the kitchens should be in food trucks! This way they can say they are not permanent yet it allows him to stay open.

Instead of running his own eatery he should get food trucks from different people and have them use his and the neighbors products. Then he just needs a parking lot or empty field to park the trucks during business hours.
