बहुत कम समय में बहुत ही ज्यादा जानकारी दी है आपने सर... मैने आज पहली वार आपकी वीडियो देखी है, बहुत बढ़िया लगा सुनकर... मैं भी बहुत ज्यादा डिप्रेशन में रहा कई साल, तकरीबन 5 साल.... साथ में शराब की एडिक्शन हो गई थी, फिर मैं अपने शहर के एक मनो चकिस्तक के पास गिया, अब शराब की एडिक्शन तो बिलकुल छूट गई और डिप्रेशन से भी बहुत हद तक बाहर आ गया हूं, पर सर मेडिसिन बहुत लेनी पड़ती है.. अब आपके विडियोज देखकर कोशिश करुंगा की मेडिसिन बंद हो जाए या फिर बहुत कम हो जाए.. शुक्रिया सर
