Creamy Mung Bean Drink
Another favorite recipe, with its simplicity, affordability, tasty result.
It’s perfect to be served fresh, warm or cold.
We can even made into lollipop ice too for our kids darling.
Even without coconut milk, the taste is super milky, creamy, savory, it's definitely good …!
Ingredients
* 250 grams of Mung beans.
* 1 L. of water to soak the Mung beans.
* ½ L. of additional hygienic water to boil the Mung beans.
* 2 L. of mineral water to blend the Mung beans.
* 200 grams Brown Sugar.
* ½ teaspoon Salt.
* 100 to 150 grams Sugar, suit your taste.
* 50 to 100 grams Fiber crème. (at least 100 g, to keep its taste)
* 5 blades of Pandan leaves, blender with 500 ml of water, strain, take the water, set aside.
* 2 segments of Ginger, pound.
NOTE
Correction on the 7:52 to 7:58 minutes,
the description of 2 segments of Ginger is mistakenly written as ½ teaspoon of fine salt.
