nowadays there is even a debate on "secularism" which at the formation of the country was by default assumed and later constitutionalised. The stoke of regionalism and hyper nationalism in the form of religion is balkanizing people of the country one region and one state at a time. The current "trend" is dangerous to the survival of the country as one.
