I have just recently stopped talking about my trauma. But it was very heavy for the past 5 years. I literally was carrying a lot of hurt so I only really spoke about that. Lol 😂 I know how random it is now to hear someone talk about their trauma in a random conversation with me. I know how emotionally immature that was. But I didn't know.
