When ever u get frozen paneer , u don't open the packet , keep the packet in boiling water for some minutes so it gets soft

Yeh paneer pehalwanon ke liye hai! Same paneer. But for longer shelf life it has been pressed longer therefore has less moisture.

Soak Paneer in hot water first to soften it before stir-frying . Then paneer will be soft n nice.

As per Ayurveda, Panner should be preferably made of Desi Cow milk for health benefits and frying pan should be made of cast iron only and NOT teflon as it is toxic. Only then authentic taste and health benefits can be acquired.

Ghar pe hi itna mast Paneer bann Sakta hai. Next vlog making homemade paneer. You just need 2 cartons of full fat milk and some lemon juice.

Meru bhai ye paneer air tight karke rakha hai or usko nilak ke garam pani main thoda dubake rakho 1-2 minutes tak fir usko cut karo or fry karo mast lagega

The word Gwala sounds Indian. Maybe Polish language is influenced by Sanskrit words as Gwala means Cowkeeper in Hindi.
