We didn't level up enough yet to banish a ghost. This game has so much potential with all the additional mechanics it offers beyond Phasmophobia. I also was so horrified I didn't speak some lol.

The devs are very friendly also and highly active in bringing updates and changes to the game. Been playing this since release and being an official creator for it, it's really nice to see more people picking it up. Also 100% loving the reactions lmao!!! Another great vid IGP.

Ooohhh it gets me riled up, feel like the ghost needs variety though, like one ghost can peek through corners with full white bloody eyes with a multi sharpened teeth and smiles that reach the ear, or a girl with really long hair that covers her face with a dress where if you look away she disappears or you can only partially see her, if she attacks she only walks but blinking can be a fatal mistake.

@@endless_limes I am not sure here but want to clarify in case there is misunderstanding, I am not a dev for the game I am a creator for the game. I work closely with the dev's to give feedback and try to help get awareness of the game out, (Though not my strong suit there lol) with beta access which is limited. Maybe I wasn't clear on that as it was late and I was half asleep. I can speak to the dev's direct and try to answer the questions though.

Not a lot in these horror playthroughs makes me jump, but holy crap 22:45 was a top-tier jumpscare. The build-up, the turn with the dude being RIGHT THERE. Incredible. 👌🖤

Some things that could add to the ghost -able to climb cellings and walls - lock doors near, throw items,etc - audio ques that activates at certain time (like children giggling, dogs barking, etc) - make out side the house more lively (light turn on and off in some other houses, etc) - when u escape ghost either hiding in closet or going out side. Play audio clips/or something that makes it feel like ur still not safe - ghost can appear in the conner of your eye something like that

I think it's really cool how sometime, the room, literally changes into hell when the ghost is like "manifesting", we can say? Love it... Truly a great improvement in certain aspects, compared to Phasmophobia

I just love how IGP was quick witted when narrowing down what was wrong near the end by asking if the temp was set to Celsius or Fahrenheit. Not many people would’ve asked that question from the jump and would’ve taken them minutes to figure out🤌

It bothers me the ghost can't leave the house on a hunt, I feel like if it sees you and you leave the house, it should chase you until you reach the vehicle you drove in on, and stand outside as some kinda "ward" lights up within the vehicle.

I dont think its better than phasmo, but definitely a good sibling to phasmo. Give this more polish and QOL and it could be an equal, right now phasmo is a cleaner experience.

The one detriment for me is that ghost exile makes it far too easy to guess the ghost. theres too many evidence types for the number of ghost types they have, so you get one piece of evidence and suddenly 5/6 of the ghosts have been ruled out. Otherwise, i could see it surpassing the original, but it probably wont in a meaningful amount of time. Maybe 2 years from now. The devs are being affected by the war, and polish takes a long time to be made.

Phasmaphobia got way to hard in my opinion like a few updates back they just made all the ghosts super aggressive and it's not really fun anymore so if there's something new I might try it

Hard disagree with the title. The scares in this came are phenomenal, and I love some of the equipment. The game has immense potential. But the lighting bug when you go through the front door is pretty bad, the exorcism steps are very repetitive and gets boring quick, and the game just isn’t fully polished. Phasmo was rough early on too though, and Ghost Investigation Inc is odd at times still. My main reason for disagreeing is that every game in the genre - including Obsideo, Forewarned, etc. - brings its own unique experience and charm, and none of them are inherently better. I see a lot of people calling games like these Phasmo clones or ripoffs and I feel like it’s insulting to the developers.

@@the-real-big-vic7359 Majority of early Phasmophobia was Unity assets that anyone could use. They’ve reskinned everything to be their own design since, but for anyone who played early on before they added The Twins and The Mimic for example, they’d likely see some of the same equipment and such in other games. Even the bunny and teddy bears in Phasmo are in other games.

@@TheReZisTLust Didn’t see the second-the current title is entirely valid and I’m glad to see a decent change. The original title specifically said this game was already better than Phasmophobia. The current title doesn’t compare quality, and is indeed accurate that this game is genuinely more terrifying because some of the “ghost events” are absolutely incredible.

It's not a ripoff, but it uses similiar parameters. Why call it sanity if you could easily call it something else? Phasmophobia is obviously a template for all of these games.

I was wondering when you were going to check out this game! The jump scares in this game are amazing. So is the death animation. Whenever you've got the notion to play more ghost hunting games, may i recommend Obsidio (focuses heavily on ghost behavior/what they do to your surroundings) and Conrad Stephenson's Paranormal P.I. (more of a slow burner, try a round with and without the jumpscare sound; you will likely regret it lol)
