When Pastor Issac said he dealt with rejection a lot and became a people pleaser, I felt that kindred spirit. Same here. I’ve been rejected because of my profession: writer. Many people told me how stupid it was to go into the arts (though they watch the fruit of others’ labors in the arts whenever they go to a movie or watch TV). Writing is a call for me. I kept trying to explain myself to others, trying to make myself seem acceptable. The Lord directed me to this message.

This is my second church/home hopefully one day I can visit, I completely agree when pastor Jerry said to keep it minimal when it comes to the pastors you listen to, I was in a stage i listened to too many people and it brought confusion. God bless this church may this church stay on the path/will of God. Praying for the foundation and the people of this church to never crumble AMEN ❤

I’m sorry to hear that. We are flawed human beings. Considering the fact we are all flawed in some type of way, we still serve a perfect GOD. If people truly have JESUS in them they can truly understand your humanity along with others. But everyone doesn’t have that capacity tho it should be their goal. Focus more on JESUS and you’ll learn the grace to do the very thing that certain community failed at doing. JESUS CHRIST will always be the standard for how we treat each other.
