Until now, this Las Vegas Estate is still on the market for $12.5M now. I wish this is still on the market 10 years from now so that I can buy this mansion. And I wish this will be like $8-10M and it's worth it for me in that price. Yes, this was built way back in 1995 but I like it even more. It's a vintage in exterior and in interior is a mix of modern and old fashion designs. I love it!

no, the highest price reached 18 million. 7 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and there is a car garage to fit up to 7 cars. the house has a lift as well and 24 hour security. The Spanish Trail is the best residential area of the cheapest and most expensive in Las Vegas.

This video lied. The house is not in Las Vegas. It sits in Spring Valley NV which is extremely close to Las Vegas but still not Las Vegas.

Timeless design. Won’t be for everyone, hence why it’s still on market, but this will definitely attract the buyer who likes it exactly for what it is. Others can find something cheaper and renovated for $10M less. This is pretty amazing IMO, both from curb appeal to the interior and exterior design. Very hard for me to tag it outdated without first appreciating the architecture
