did they nerf it or some thing? only way i can seem to land it is canceling after 214A

lol guys let me try and help, today i decided i was gonna learn Nine, took me 2 minutes to get the 4A after 214A. Here's what i do, after trying it about 15 times i noticed i couldn't hit it either, so what i started doing was mashing 4A like 2-3 times rly quick around the time it should hit (yes the timing is actually that ridiculous) but once u get into the rhythm of doing that its super easy to do without messing up the combo, if it's still not connecting then you are either doing 6C too immediately (in my experience doing 6C too instantly results in the combo going blue on the 4A so i let them fall ever so slightly, basically don't try and hit them on the first frame u can but don't let them fall for enough to lose height i try to time it during a certain part of their falling animation, like the 2nd-3rd frame, you will see what i mean) or delaying 214A too much or too little assuming they are at the height they should be. For the 6A follow up you can use 4A-5A-6A i find it easier to add the 5A but idk if that will mess up things for you, you may have to not use 5A before 3C at the end because of scaling so falling A > 3C > Fairy. Height management and spacing are key here, but yeah u can definitely still link 214A>4A on 2.0. Hope this helps.

additionally after 6C but before 214A u can actually 236D in between to stock the spell, u can also use 4C instead of 4A for the tricky link (which in my experience is slightly easier to connect so i recommend using 4C instead of 4A, but will require you to do 4C>5A>6A and so on which may affect scaling depending on your starter.)

so after grinding Nine for a few hours i discovered that the 6C being too fast actually does not matter the only thing u need to land 4A is to Obviously be close enough, not delay 214A for too long (i just do 6C>236D>214A, works every time) and wait for the falling opponent to be roughly just under the waist of Nine (it should look like the opponent is almost hitting the ground if Ragna is your dummy, it's very close to the ground) and 4A should connect, no need to mash it 2-3 times anymore for me. Hopefully this will help it is fairly tricky at first.
