She reminds me of Dara in a sense that she makes meticulous and detailed way they want to showcase places they love that they want others to experience as well. A well done adventure tour for all the senses. Something that will leave a positive mark and never forgotten. For foreigners, that's a feat even if they did live here for a bit. A huge plus is they also enjoy it themselves.

I hope you explore more of PH not just in terms of place but experience, like ATV driving at Mayon Volcano Trail, exploring caves, exotic regional foods, Baguio, etc. Might be a challenge because of your kid but you'll manage 😅Also looking forward for you guys to collab with other known PH bloggers, that'd be unmissable content!

Actually ive seen other youtubers' vlogs in Boracay where there were only a few people and no algae either. However it's in the off season months where there are rains too. Like in one of the vlogs i watched, it was overcast all the time. But again, hardly any people around and no allgae either. They still enjoyed it and still found it beautiful.

The lady's expectations of Boracay woudl've been true if she came there in the 90s. I went to Boracay in 1992 and I can tell you, it truly was the beach paradise that was not yet commercialized. There were only huts, no air conditioner, just the open air. And every bed had a mosquito net.

I watched all your holidays and it’s good to listen to your parents’ reviews and opinions. Well, of course your trips must be expensive, living in First class accommodations with the help expected from top staycations. As a Filipino, we appreciate how you pull overseas guests to The Philippines, and we appreciate your efforts in helping with Philippines’ tourism industry. I wish ordinary Filipinos be granted some kind of Special treats (discounts and coupons) from the Tourism Industry so that we could also tour our country and enjoy places where you had been to. Thank you for sharing your wonderful videos.

Glad you folks had a great holiday there. You are fortunate to have “locals” to steer you in George and Lucy; otherwise, Boracay could have been the highlight of your trip there. I grew up in that country and I come back once a year, at least. I actually lived there for three years until I moved back to Europe last autumn. Let me tell you, I actively discourage friends of mine who are visiting the Philippines for the first time to dismiss whatever inclination they have to visit Boracay. I myself avoid it like the plague; haven’t been there in a decade for the same reason you guys mentioned. And as you experienced firsthand, there are more, way more, gorgeous islands and beaches to visit two hours from Manila by air. Have a safe trip back to the UK!

Oh it's so sad that the fun is coming to an end and the Grandparents will be leaving shortly. I loved the balcony with the high walls that reach over your head but are glass. That is such a great idea because too many balconies make them short and it's easy to fall down if one has lost their balance. It also makes it more kid safe. Loved that full sized Nissan Van that they had rented so they can all fit with the grandparents galavanting around Luzon. Such an amazing journey. Great Holiday. Worth every moment.

Your parents should see Boracay at Station 1 beach right before sunrise. My most favorite moments in Boracay were in the early morning when most people are still asleep, and walking along the beach from Station 2 to the very end of Station 1, and exploring that area. I think that’s the magic of Boracay, which unfortunately your parents weren’t able to experience.

Great decisions for your father, don't you know that many British nationals already settled in the Philippines and some married Filipinas and purchased farm lots in the province. But for you Lucy & father, why not do business in Manila and get a trusted Filipino as your partner like the guys who always invited you and George to Tagaytay I forgot the names. Maybe the new Manila International Airport in Bulacan has already opened when your father plans to be back in the Philippines, and it is so huge and one of the most beautiful airport designs in the world with 4 landing & take-offs

I do agree. The travel is exhausting. I wish that your parents just stayed a bit longer in two places. Maybe El Nido or Cebu. Whenever me and my husband come home to PH, we stick to one or two places esp if we only have two/three weeks in PH. We want to relax and enjoy our vacation instead of cramming to see every place in just a short amount of time. We've done that before and it always leaves us exhausted.

I was thinking those day that I made a nice decision that I didn’t go and fly back to MNL and just decided to stay there the whole lockdown period because I wouldn’t see Boracay again with less crowd. @patricksalta5362 That would be a great idea. But Philippine Constitution prohibits Foreigners to own a Piece of Land in the Philippines. They can own Condos, Vehicles and Appliances but never a piece of land. They can only Leash for 25 yrs and renewable for another 25 yrs. Even if Foreigner is married to a Pilipino, the Land will be under the name of the Pilipino Spouse.

Boracay in the 70's is a virgin beach, too much commercialization loses its beauty though the white sand and the blue water and beautiful sunsets are still there...
