Good luck with the pillows but these are way expensive and not on my budget but even if they were I would never spend 60 or 80 dollars to accessorize my home. There are definitely other places my money can serve a better purpose! Thank you, ladies!

Yes, they are on the pricey side. But it's just like buying a souvenir from a vacation. It helps support them and helps grow their brand!

Love the pillows they're beautiful and everything and im going to get some hate but are the prices for real?$80 for a pillow?.. are they supposed to help us with pain in the neck🤔... hope they fix the price a little🙌🏼don't get me wrong i LOVE kinwoven but i though it was going to be a little be more affordable for all of us😣

Hi Lina. I totally understand your thoughts on the prices. I want to share a little about why they ended up where they did. We are committed to working with fair trade certified small businesses to ensure that those that hand stitched these pillows are being treated and paid fairly. Not every company does this because it costs much more to make products in this fashion. A lot of the more affordable pillows out there are made in sweatshops and therefore are at a cost to someone else who is paid pennies for their work. We believe this is unfair, and therefore are willing to pay a higher price on our end to ensure that we aren't contributing to the cycle of unethical working environments around the globe. I especially love that a lot of our viewers believe that too, but again I totally understand that these pillows aren’t for everyone and that’s okay. PS I love the feedback always so don’t be afraid to share your feedback.

@@sharrah.stevens I also at first looked at the prices and was also really taken back. I love however the idea that this is going to be buildable collection in the sense that you're not going to be coming out with items and items that can just be changed on a whim. I love the idea of design pieces lasting decades and even being able to become heirlooms! Nowadays everything is meant to last a season and nothing more, it's so sad. The reality is that our current patterns of consumption are unsustainable and we would all benefit on spending on quality instead of fast, cheap, unethical design pieces. I was loving Kinwoven before but now I am adoring it! You got yourself a customer (will not be buying everything at once because like many I am on a budget, but getting your pieces slowly is part of the fun!).

@@sharrah.stevens also a piece of advice - I know a lot of this was talked about on the other channel, but I think talking about how this is fair trade certified and what that means would have gone a long way to avoid these types of comments - maybe if you reintroduce the pillows at a later video it would be worth a little snippet of this!

You don't even get the cushion lol.....they only sell the pillow COVERS. You have to provide your own insert.

I love the staging tips you provide. It's basic design guidelines and helpful whatever accessories and décor someone might have. I also enjoy the banter between mother and daughter. You can tell it's just like most everyday mother daughter relationships, a little sweet and a little playful.

I love your energy and sweetness! Good luck with your business. I so appreciate small businesses and fair trade and ethical employment, etc. When it comes down to it however, it is just so hard on my own salary (or not employed at this time) to be able to spend ~$140 for 2 pillow covers (not even the inserts.) I genuinely hope that people do buy your products and your business is successful.

Pier imports and world market have very similar pillows way cheaper , but for covers ur price is a little too expensive for me , I can go buy fabric and make them for way cheaper , I wish u would have designed a pillow with bling or beaded work, where the artwork would have been different, especially with the holidays coming up a bling bling pillow would have been more appropriate, take advantage of the commercial market now !!

Love this video!!! I'm reading the comments and seeing a lot of people talking about the costs of the pillows. Yes. They are kinda on the expensive side of pillows. But Magnolia Home pillows are more expensive than this. It's an "investment" By purchasing these pillows: *Help small family farms around the globe. *You're helping support KINWOVEN as a brand! You need to lose money to make money. * You have a piece of their brand that they have been working on for a long time! I'm not hating on ANYONE with the comments. But just know the process about this. They spend a lot of time thinking about the price range. It's not an easy process!!! Love you guys! Congrats on the product! SF FOREVER!!!!!

First, you guys together... adorable! Second, love the video especially the fireplace. The snow pics add a great pop. Thirdly, with my Italian background, we always follow the odd number rule. For luck, we use 3, 5 or 7 confetti (Jordan almonds) for special events. Now I can use it for decorating😘😘😘 Thank you for your helpful video.

To all the haters on the price of the pillow covers. Have you ever looked at the price of designer pillow covers? The price is on par with other custom design small batch pillow look at Studio McGee pillows or even Etsy for pillow covers. It’s just the way that it is. You pay for quality. It is an investment. I personally can’t afford to buy a bunch but it’s not unreasonable if you buy designer pillows. Just saying.
