0:45 Fasting and low carb meals lead to alertness and focus 1:40 starches does reduce cortisol 2:51 In the evening he does: reading books, hanging out, sometimes writing on the computer, listening to music, 8:43 magnesium threonate or magnesium bisglycinate 100-200mg intake makes you drowsy and increases amount of deep sleep 9:35 apigenin 50mg. He knows Swanson does produce apigenin. 11:27 theanin 100-400mg. All 3 components helps to releases GABA a neuro transmitter which shuts down the forebrain. 12:28 obviously you don't wanna drink much fluid before bed time, but carbohydrates does hold water 15:41 Don't sleep with socks, because if you heat up in the night you wanna dump your head. If you can't and it's getting to hot, you will wake up.

@Wtfdidyouchangemyhandle4 3 ай бұрын
Well threonate is better absorbed by the brain and that is why he recommends it. Remember that this is a supplement. Not a requirement. If you can't afford it then buy the less effective one yiu mentioned.
@skyhappy

@@Wtfdidyouchangemyhandle4 I've seen no evidence to suggest that. I did quite some digging a while ago. If it enters your blood it's going to enter your brain innit. Magnesium won't get blocked out.
