My dad tore out a knee wall when he moved in and didn't patch the drywall, and tile until 17yrs later when he was moving out

I did this in a brand new office space we just built last year haha. I was running pex up above to the other side of the space and slipped on a rafter and boom I’m hip deep in the ceiling luckily the client wasn’t there for that part 😅. Got it all fixed and textured before he found out. I still told him about it but it’s better to tell them after you fix it so the reaction isn’t as severe.

Wow you get to things fast if only 9 months, for me its 2 to 5 years before I finish. Just wait till you have kids and have to work 80 hours per week to support a family.

A pair of safety glasses would go a long way to protect the installer's eye.
