Hi Guys
You are in for a treat, this is 3 locations in one video - First we see why the British Armed Forces are the best in the world they could really teach the police in how to engage with members of the public
Second I'm back at the MOJ where one man tells me "I'm not going to get angry," its all very strange.
And I finish off at Albany House home to Transport For London (TFL) and The British Transport Police (BTP) Where I have some of the best and worse interactions from the 3 visits. You will have to watch to see how it transpires

I always find it humorous when someone asks you why you’re filming and when they don’t like the reason you give they say it’s not a valid reason. It’s just not the reason they wanted to hear

"don't record the building" but if you didn't record the building then many people would never get to see it apart from all those walking past it. All these stop recording requests need to stop, whether they are polite or not.

I have worked with Nepalese people throught my career. They are wonderful people, disciplined, polite, respectful and well educated.

if the guy at the start is from Nepal he is possibly a Gurkha, some of the most feared soldiers around.

I worked with some Gurkhas. They were the nicest, quietest and friendliest people I've ever met and really relaxed too. Then when it gets serious, they are serious - like really serious and ultra focused. Extremely impressive

I can 100% understand why the security at barracks get twitchy when someone is filming. The Nepalese lad was lovely, very professional. Is he a Gurkha? If so, they are some of the finest, fearless soldiers who we are privileged to have in our British Armies. “Aayo Gurkhali”

Armed forces we owe lots and more to them why we have our rights. The guard was spot on as the armed forces normally are. The police officer at the end was professional and polite a pass if you ask me.

Yeah i was in RAMC I went all over the world doing training and Med cover and the Gurkhas and U.D.R. were the most amicable and probably the best trained and courageous of British armed forces .I once asked a Gurkha soldier if I could handle his Kukri knife ? He just stared at me with Tombstone eyes and said If i draw my knife I will have to draw blood from you ! I said Fair enough mate I'm off !

Mate that story about drawing blood is a squaddie myth, it's used like any large brush knife, in the jungle. It's now like a ceremonial part of their kit and a whole myth has grown up along side it, I worked with them in the jungle.

15:40 Generally the two BTP officers were fine. Except for the bit where they said that you can't stand just off the pavement and shelter from the rain and continue to film or take pictures. This is when the constable makes himself appear totally stupid. As if it makes the slightest difference to be standing a foot onto their property with your two feet and suddenly all your rights disappear and the company's policies (which probably don't exist except in security's heads) take priority over national laws.
