There is a whole building full of them and they’re scared of one little Scotsman with a mask on that doesn’t go anywhere near them and only interacts when they approach him? If they were so scared they would hide away in a private area of the building instead of prancing around in front of you or approaching you to complain. It’s ridiculous they can take anything the staff say like gospel but you make a complaint and show a video of only one person near you with a bottle and water splashing on you and that’s not enough evidence because it might have been someone else that splashed you. Hiding your face by wearing a mask is illegal now? What law is that or where are the signs saying no face covering is permitted here? He forgot to ask if you had anything sharp or that could injure him on your person! Maybe a stink bomb that activates upon opening your bag zip more than 3/4 of the way might give them pause for thought! 😂 You could say you didn’t suspect him of opening the bag so roughly and breaking the vial. 😂

I would have pointed out that him picking his nose and then going to search you is unhygienic and if you do have a compromised immune system it’s an unnecessary added risk to you. Even if he takes out rubber gloves to search you (and protect himself but not you so much) he is going to touch those gloves with the hands he just stuck up his nose and transferred anything on them to the gloves. The pc can also clearly see you don’t have a spray can or brick up your sleeve, which is what he said he suspected you of having and was looking for, so he had no reason to search your sleeve or small pockets.

The cop has issues and shouldn't be taking it personally because of an earlier incident, the front line staff member threatened you in front of him and the cop said it wasn't enough to charge him, very unprofessional.
