I’ve had a Mechman Alternator on my previous ride. Did a fantastic job charging the system. I had a DC7.5K with a Mechman 240Amp Alternator.

Mechman alternators are the gold standard high output alternator to get! My alternator is from Mike Singer of Singer Alternators, but even he said Mechman is one of the "go to" alternators to run!

I have a 95 impala ss, ls swap 5.3 4l60E trans, alpine ilx-650, iPad mini for nav. And torque app. Alpine dsp , JL Audio vxi 800.8 and 2-1000.1 for subs. 2- sets of B2 audio reference 3ways for the front and 4-8” dc audio for subs. Two xs power batteries but need a mechman alt. To finish up my build. Second Skin thru out the whole car. It’s my dream car that I’ve always wanted to have so I’m taking my time and doing it right. Just having to fight cancer while I’m building it but it won’t stop me from completing my dream car! Love ur business and ur product, great customer service and life long customer! I wish I went with Mechman or Brand-X at this point. I went with JS and got the 250a alt for my 2011 Jetta 2.5L and wired it up to their specs and when I have my system going at where my stock alt started having trouble keeping voltage up, my dash cluster cuts off/on now. My voltage stays above 12.5v with more hungry bass notes but the cluster cuts out and car slows down noticeably. My stock Alt was a 2 pin pigtail and the new alt came with a 3 pin pigtail, the red (S) wire on the pigtail doesnt touch anything on the alt and it seems pointless, but I was instructed to hook it up to the positive post on the alt after insuring the L and F/I wires were hooked up correctly. I have tried this and swapping the L and F/I wires and the results are the same but the cutting happens more frequently. I am so frustrated that Ive spent all this money and time installing something that was supposed to help my car, not make more issues. JS has been less than helpful with their responses thus far....I wish I saved up a bit more and went with either of these companies instead. Take this as a warning guys

13 ram 1500 had the 10 inch sundown sa rev3 package with 2k sundown in a fox acoustics box. Truck was stolen in December and everything was stripped. Saving back up to replace and buy from you again. You da man. Best customer service, #teamJP

Hey guys I have a 2008 Cadillac Escalade with a Halo 9 by Alpine and I have 2 X15's and a 4000 watt sundown amp 2 pair of Polk audio MM6502's component set running off a cheap 1000 watt 4ch. Amp I'm embarrassed 😔 to say "Crunch" and I would love to have this alternator it would help me out alot. I purchased my mechman 240 from d4s 3 years ago. It works awesome on my 02 ford ranger 4.0. Little to no voltage drop. I’m running skar audio lp80.4 on 4 Skar audio 6x8 and a skar audio lp750.1 on 2 vd-10 dual 2 ohm. 2 xs power xp950 batteries wired in parallel together. Big 3 upgrade with sky high 0 gauge ofc wire. Great customer service when purchasing mechman unit. Very happy to this day with my results. Would recommend everyone getting a mechman alternator off you are looking to upgrade your system. All I need is a alternator for my 04 Volvo s60 2.5t. I'm running two incriminator audio death penalty 12s. I have a taramps md8k mono amp. So I'm trying to save for alternator and batteries right now. It's taken me almost two years to get all my mids and subs I have right now. So getting a great alternator would save so much. NEVER OWNED a MECHMAN alt. Would love to have one. I drive a 2001 Buick park ave. The getto cruiser, bought a xs audio from you and a t-shirt. Have a red optima in the front xs in the rear. Running a audiopipe 1800d monoblock on a emf audio 15" bandhammer in a 4.5 to 5 cu. in Box and a 5 ch. Virtural Sounds amp for the highs. Allways dimming when pushing the banhammer full throttle but it sounds great one day ill be able to get a mechman would love to have one. Car audio is a expensive hobby but love it and all my fellow bass heads staying off the drugs and no drinking hell yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep BASSIN YOU ALL!!!!!

2000 Buick lesabre, Alpine head unit, Cdt components up front, jbl 6x9 in rear deck, Sundown Sa 12 dual 2 nvx bass restoration. My amps Belva 2000 mono and a Alpine 4 channel. I am upgrading my amps and adding a second Sa 12 . I had a 200 amp alternator but after 5 years it failed. Need that mechman alternator bad . Great videos.

2000 GMC Sonoma, Alpine head unit, 18" ct sounds tropo, ct sounds 750 amp, 4 channel Rockford Fosgate mini amplifier, 8" ct sounds PA speakers, and skar tweeters. Running a lot of what I had on hand for my daily driver.

98 tahoe white just starting off on a somewhat good build keep losing most power from altinator problems.. got 1 18' soundqubed hdx3 running off a 3000 watt rms taramps amp gonna end up putting a 300x1 Rockford fosgate for cargo space 6x9s... just a simple build only 19 been in love with car audio since I was very little been putting them in and helping set up systems mainly by myself since i was 8. Love your tahoe build I been watching your videos since you started them but didnt subscribe till maybe 2018..

I been running mechman for like 3 years and it's been great! But I wouldn't mind an upgrade 😁 I got a 2005 4runner with a pioneer head unit and pioneer mids and skar super tweeters with a Rockford fosgate T-800 for the mids and highs and a Rockford fosgate T-2500 for the subs 3 T1 12" and 2 XS power batteries.

Two Kicker CVX 12's (750 rms each) on a Kicker CXA-1200 watt rms amp in a 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE. Turbo ported Q Bomb enclosure. CK4 Kicker OFC amp wiring kit. 0/1 gauge OFC NVX Big 3 Upgrade. Kicker bass knob. Just installed new years eve 😁

That's the last piece to my puzzle! Skar rp1500 and a skar rp1000 2 12" skar audio just a clean setup nothing crazy, single run of sky high car audio with new kenwood and ds18 capacitor. Still drops below 13 volts at a red light so this would be amazing to add! Keep the demos coming love the reactions!

Ppi 1800.1, 2x12 Alpine Type R's Focal 6.5 component 2-ways up front and Focal 6.5 coaxials in the back, fronts run off a Nakamichi early 90's 50x2 and rears off a Kicker 100.2, Pioneer deh80PRS head unit. All 1/0 OFC into my sub amp and 1/0 to a 1x4 distribution block supplying the 8ga my smaller amps use. I only use real copper wire and I keep my runs as short as possible. 1998 Chevy Blazer 2.8L v6. I know its kind of a mishmash of old school and newer gear but I like it a lot and I get tons of compliments on how good my setup sounds from my buddies who are also into audio. I do need a better alt, I get pretty serious voltage drop at the end of my runs. 2x Optima Yellows. Love the channel been watching for years but subbed only fairly recently for some reason.

I got a 2000 Chevy Tahoe. With two 10s 1000 Watt amp door speakers amped. Going to do a big 4 18 sundown neo. With all the goodies. I could use that alternator. I live in Las Vegas. I've been to your wearhouse but during the corona virus. So I just past by. Bumping my system. I am a Gardner. I am the Vegas Gardner with bass in my Tahoe.

2004 Ford Excursion 6.0L Diesel. I have a Kenwood head unit, 6 pairs of D4S-65, 2 Sundown Audio X18, 1 Skar Audio RP4500.1D and 3 Skar Audio RP150.4AB, XS Power batteries, SMD fuse block and ground distribution block, and all the wiring and RCAs are certified basshead. Been looking at new alts for my 06 Honda CRV build in progress. Currently running: Pioneer HU. Alpine 6.5 components, Alpine 6.5 coax in doors and a Rockford Fosgate T1D4 15. Kenwood 500PS, NVX1200.1, Optima Yellow Top. Upgrading to 8 6.5s in custom panels, front and back. Audio Control DSP, dual run 1/0 with big 3 and 2nd battery. Digital dash and touch screen integrated into Raspberry Pi brain being built now.

I’m running 2 15 inch Skar zvx on a CA 3000.1 amp and a audio legion 110.4 on my doors in my 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I’m 16 I need a beefy alternator and was going to get mine done here soon but I dont have the funds to do so yet. In the future I want to add more amps and subs. I originally started with dual 12si then went cs130 then cs144 and after that I stepped up to a singer 250 alt. It worked good at first but after adding electric fans it was quickly not enough juice. Then I found out my singer is a small case which was disappointing for what I paid. Now I'm going big with a 370 billet from mechman... I can't wait I'm very excited.

nice man. I’ve been thinking about making the switch to Mechman from Iraggi. I’ve got a 320 and Singer Alternators made a harness for more output.. BUT when I roll to a stop, my voltage drops significantly. A Mechman 240 would probably be better overall! Thanks for the vid man🙏🏻

Been watching you for over 8+ years now my name is matt & I have an 02 Cadillac Escalade my current setup is stock alternator on a group size 30 agm battery on a rp 2k .1 skar audio amp on Rockford fosgate p3 12s in a 4th order box. I'm htting about 141 db & I'm currently starting to sell my system to start completely over. Going to be running 2 15" zvx on a 4.5krp saving up for my electrical right now planning on getting a new alternator "hint hint jp💁🏽‍♂️" lol jk but getting my electrical upgrades soon then starting mids & highs looking into the fsx series from skar kinda doing a budget build but will be clean I promise👌🏽 I'll be starting some youtube videos to keep you guys updated🔊

I have a 2015 Honda Accord with dual subwoofers in the truck with a 1000 watt mono amp and the lights already dim, and I want to add even better speakers which will require another amp, which my electrical system will not be able to withstand. I have a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado with 2- 12 inch Memphis audio and a 1000 watt Memphis audio amp. my battery drains very very quickly and I just bought a new one about a week ago I could really use a new alternator anyways keep up the good work. love the videos once again

2 zv5 15's in a ported wall. I have it in a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. Pioneer head unit with a Taramps md12000.1 at a half ohm with Skar mids and highs.

I honestly looked for one for this 94 Accord on your website. I couldn't find one for a Honda that old. My voltage regulator went awol and to rebuild it cost more than a remanufactured alternator. I didn't have time to hunt down a high output so here I am, another cheap 80 amp. Hopefully you'll have one in a year and a half when this one does it too.

I have a 2000 Buick century, running a single Sundown Team 15, Orion Hcca 5k, infinity kappa mids and highs, 2 4 channel amps on my mids and highs, and running 3 agm batteries, planning on running 3 more batteries in the install, and definitely need a high output alternator to keep up with the systems draw.

I need one of these so bad i am running 2 12 inch RD audio alpha subwoofers driven with a us amps md3d for my mids and his Im running Memphis audio 6.5 components and a set of 5x7s in front doors and rear doors 6.5 full range powering the components I’m using a Memphis 150x2 amplifier I have a cadence capacitor with two Battery caps and two 800 cold cranking amp car batteries with zero wires throughout my little 80 amp alternator for my Sion XB just can’t keep up I’m still getting enough voltage drop to cut power to my subs periodically when they hit real hard when I’m going down the highway it seems to be fine but if that motor is not spinning fast . subs are not hitting hard. Love your channel and how you keep it real ,and sober..

2015 GMC Acadia running 2 L7 q series 12's with a kicker 1200.1 certified at 1375 watts rms...lights definitely dim at anything above half bass knob...
