Just wanted to let you know that your explanation of not stopping on yellow lights kept me from getting rearended the other day. I was driving at 35 MPH when the light turned yellow. I could have stopped, but it would have been a hard brake. Because of you talking about people behind you determining whether you stopped or went through, I made sure to check the location of the car behind me, since I had seen them moving up behind me. They were way too close, so I went through the yellow light...yep, they followed me!! If I had stopped, I'm sure they would have plowed into the back of my truck. Thank you!!!

I thought the ban on usng a telephone in a vehcle was for all vehicles. Excellent film as usual. I really am learning, and leave plenty of space between me and the other vehicles.

It's Always an Audi!!! lol I love your videos, but driving in the UK is a different beast, we do not use roundabouts very much in PA but they are coming fast, i just love watching people in them not knowing the proper way to get on/off, it is funny as hell.....you guys drive like us but with a hell of lot narrower roads....your drive shows you guys in the UK have 4 seasons too.....winter spring summer and Penn Dot (our Pennsylvania Department of Transportation that "fixes" our roads...)

They should install cameras at busy slip road exits just to catch the idiots who stop or slow down in a live lane, just to avoid queuing. 6 points and a driving awareness course.

Re the Tipper lorry - I think I've mentioned it once before, they are permanently on a mission - they have to do xxx amount of loads each shift, or they don't get their bonuses. Therefore, safe and considerate driving is never an option. My advice is to stay well clear of tipper lorries, they are a law unto themselves - and are so unpredictable.

Firstly that truck getting on to slip road was atrocious Secondly the bloke walking on the road/running on roundabout possibly the most bizzare thing I've seen on this channel Thirdly (ftom a comedic pov) this is definitely an Audi conspiracy channel. I genuinely laugh aloud seeing amount of Audis doing something poorl lol

A tin snail and a Chevy stepside, don`t get much different than that on the petrol head spot. As for songs to put your foot down to. My favourite is from when I had my old Cortina Mk3 and Radar Love by Golden Earing came on the old Motorola radio. And I still gat a lump in my throat as you go round the Circle and see the site of the old St Heliers Arms.

You can't smoke in UK cars if you have kids in there as far as I know.. Might have to check that though as I stopped smoking almost 20 years ago when my first was born so it was never an issue for me. I think I heard something about it years ago!! I quite often see a woman who lives near me smoking with her baby in the car, one of those laws it's incredibly difficult to enforce!!

the white lines outside of driveways have no legal standing and are just used to mark an access point. the Audi shouldn't have parked there because he's blocking the pavement but if he wasn't blocking anything then he can legally park on the line

Non-events that made no difference to you: (therefore I have no idea why you get so wound up) 2:47 Even if no car was parked there you'd still have had to wait, the only issue is them being on the pavement 7:19 Didn't get in your way, therefore didn't need to give way to you 9:46 The truck didn't cause you or the white van any issues, and they weren't holding anyone up behind them either 12:12 Nothing coming the other way when she crossed the oncoming lane, and a big gap behind you

I don’t have a problem with the white pickup at around 7:15. He didn’t have to give way because you were using different lanes - he’s not in the way. Only becomes a problem if you change lanes coming off the roundabout. No different to joining the motorway; cars in the middle lane only need to be watched not avoided.

@@andrewgodfrey2496 There was nothing to give way to. The camcar was in the outside lane and he joined in the inside lane. The sensible thing to do would have been to give way in case the cammer made a mistake and came into the inside lane but that was never going to happen because he was overtaking the big truck.

@@johncranna - which is a sensible approach, particularly if inexperienced; experienced drivers would be able to instantly read the taxi’s driving and know it would stay in lane. Part of being a defensive driver is knowing when you don’t need to be. The question however is the Highway Code. Rule 185 states you have to give priority. I’m just saying that because they are in different lanes they don’t have overlapping priorities. The current counter argument is, “Read the Highway Code”

The speeding Audi even followed you out of the junction. There was a STOP sign. That means you must come to a complete stop before proceeding. Regardless of whether or not the road is clear. Not just slow down and keep going
