The National Parks services was founded to protect the nation’s wildlands, but since its inception these regions have been plagued by mysterious disappearances. Could it be that these parks weren’t created for their suggested purpose?

Horrifying hot take: what if the missing people aren't collateral? What if it's a sort of agreement. The things can live so long as they limit how many people they take, and stay in the national parks?

Everything to do with the Missing 411 cases, seriously scares the $hit out of me. Especially the part about how it’s so often non-verbal children that are found in such crazy places, way too many miles away for them to have walked that distance. (I have a Migraine so this might not make any sense)

Back in the 1950s a young boy and his father were in a national park and the his son went missing after he turned around for 10 seconds. Being a young child his father didnt think he could've gotten very far but after calling his name with no response he called park rangers and a search was launched. The boy was not found in the surrounding area so after a while they decided to test their luck and search in places where it would be physically impossible for a child that age to reach. Somehow someway the boy was found behind rocks on a cliff 100s of feet onto a mountain that even the adults had difficulty climbing. So that begs the question: who or what took the child and put him there?

Never go caving alone. Always let several people that are not going, know> who your going with, what time you will call after going. And location/path you will be taking. And stick to schedule. Even if cave is longer, turn around come out giving yourself time to call on exit. You can always go back again deeper and longer time. It's also wise to have someone stay outside cave and use some form of communication between. [Not cellphone]. Storms can happen fast, accidents and poor preparations are common in cave issues.

The stories that really creep me out are when somebody vanishes into the wilderness in full view of everyone; _SOMETHING_ spooks them, and they go running off at full speed like their life depends on it, and they just disappear, no matter how many witnesses see them run off or try to chase after them.

@@alop53O1 I can't remember names, and right now the Julian Sands case is dominating my Google search results, so I can't track down the case in question at the moment, but I recall a Missing 411 case involving a celebrity of some note who was on a ski trip. The group were all supposed to ski down the slope and take photos as they came down, but the man in question seemed to panic for some reason and took off down the mountain and into the woods at high speeds. A search was called that day, but nothing was ever found, and the case remains unsolved to my knowledge. Possible explanations for the incident range from a sudden mental breakdown, to conspiracies of murder or an attempt to fake his own death, and the more crackpot theories include him being chased down the mountain by angry spirits or being hunted by Bigfoot. The particulars don't really matter, but the notion that you can be with friends and colleagues in broad daylight and SOMETHING begins chasing after you that only you can see or notice is, quite frankly, very haunting to me, because it reaffirms the notion that, if there IS something out there that wants to get you, there might not be a whole lot you can do to stop it, and your ultimate fate will either remain a mystery, be written off as an accident, or be covered up by someone with a vested interest in such events.

@Brutalyte616 6 ай бұрын
@@alop53O1 Sorry about the delay on this; my response several weeks ago just vanished into the ether for some reason. Anyways, Terrence Woods Jr. is one that comes to mind. The general explanation is that he had some kind of mental breakdown and fled into the woods or that he was killed by the people he was with, but there's an uncomfortable notion that something scared him into taking off, be it physical, spiritual, or totally imaginary, and I find that _haunting._ Imagine you're just chatting with your friends and you see something standing there, looking at you, and whatever it is, it is the most unsettling and terrifying thing you can picture; something that'd either make you break down in tears on the spot or make you turn and run immediately, afraid to EVER look back. What would you have to see to illicit that kind of reaction?

There’s a group of people, like the men in black, they like to show up with the Feds to some of these sites where people disappear. They watch the search and the investigation. They talk to people and go into the forest themselves. I heard they can make just about anything disappear. Maybe that has something to do with it. I remember Andrew Dowson, recently saw what he thought was a giant. He posted it on social media. Recanted the story. Went back and said he was forced to recant and he then committed “ su*cide” by someone else.

I can tell you this guy is right about what he say's here. These parks around the world & most big mountain chains STILL HAVE GIANTS LIVING THERE! Bigfoot is a small hairy giant. Not all are hairy and some are A LOT bigger. Even on Google Earth street view, if you go to some of these pre flood ruins that are in or near many parks, you can literally see heads in the blocks and statues everywhere. Some of the heads up on the rocks are alive & watching the Google Earth camera car. I have pics of one green giant throwing a rock towards the car. They still exist for real.

I've been spelunking and those cave systems and I would have to say that you're wrong. They're no monsters at all. Too many KZfaq videos or guessing but unless you've seen one yourself...

I agree with evey word you said, but if i may add...if ppl were kept out of our national forests it could be such a huge financial bust the government wouldn't have their retirement! Think about it, all the lost revenue from camping, all the wood we take for building,and other construction, hunting, fishing, that's millions if not billions each year that they can't live without.
