Am I the only one that went "that doesn't make logical sense"? It would have been more practical for them to build additional arcologies or migrate a portion of their pop to other planets to deal with overcrowding. The latter could come in the form of emergency aid from the Senate or as an opportunity for cheap labor/good PR for calculating nations/businesses. The former by providing rations only to those families that participate in the reconstruction effort. If they die then that's one less mouth to feed. If they live they have new infrastructure to live in. (replace rations with money if not under martial law) Those that can get off planet can if they so choose. Less mouths to feed. Child birth is restricted to a certain number (1-2 per family unit). Sterilize people that have reached that child limit if need be. Population decrease would reduce the strain on housing and food supplies to more stable levels. (adjust costs of raising child to these figures, and increase penalties for not caring for children, if direct method is not desired.) Done.

The Kaminoans didn't really care about anything but themselves, they didn't hate the Jedi or like them, nor did they like the Sith or hate them. They just did anything for money, even if it's to make an army that would be used to kill an entire order and to take over the galaxy.

Well, since they genetically removed they're emotions and feelings, i believe they would look at everything in a neutral perspective. So they would probably look at Jedi's and Sith's as neither good nor bad. They would most definitively live they're life's through logical thinking instead of they're feelings and emotions. So in that regard, if the Jedi order logically favored the Kaminoians, they would give they're support to the Jedi order (diplomatically). Or if the Sith (Empire/CIS) Favored them then they would give they're support to the Sith's (Empire/CIS)(diplomatically). Or even both sides if it was diplomatically possible. I don't really know much about Star Wars lore at all, but that is what i can decipher out of this video about these Kaminoians. But in my honest opinion, they are a pretty neutral race, neither good nor bad. And that is also the feeling i get when i saw them in the Star Wars movie and the Clone Wars animated series.

I'd like to hold out not the idea that there mite be some Kaminoen settlements out there that didn't strip away their emotion and weren't racist to themselves. Eye color really? What a minute, if they strip their emotions why are they even prejudice anyway? Their genetics they know not eye color has nothing to do with intelligence. An if they prefer grey eyes over blue they can change that at birth but they don't. They keep them around because... the hell I know for.
