I grew up during the cold war as a child. My father firmly told me, "You can't live in fear!" That is no way of living. Prepping for a natural disaster in the place where you all live is smart. Having backup copies of important documents, bug out bags and bug in supplies is smart. But, living in fear of every little thing is dumb.

I’m an American living in Germany for the last 27 years, and I realized a long time ago that this is not just an “American” situation, but a global one. That same test was done here yesterday. I believe it’s an example of preemptive programming, preparing everyone psychologically for the next “disaster”. I would suggest to everyone to just stay centered in God and live in the now, doing what you know is right and enjoying the time with the people you love. Maybe it's because I'm a born-again Christian i just refuse to get alarmed about any of these "threats." I'm totally confident that God isn't saying "Oops!" about any of this, and I can totally trust his plans. People think they constantly have to post pictures of every single thing they're doing, every single minute of every single day...AND THEN to make it even WORSE....they'll add their location and/or tag everyone who's with them and possibly even advertise WHAT TIME they're going to be at a particular location. I retired from a major oil company and you would not believe what we prepared for approaching Y2K. They had a team of over 1000 people working for two years getting prepared. We were all required to be at the refinery at noon on 12/31/1999 and assembled in the big training center and watched our watches and when 1/1/00 rolled at midnight, nothing, every thing stayed running, control systems no issues, we all went home at 6 AM 1/1/00

Challenge: Try going out on an errand in the car without the cell phone. Can you do it? Feel scared if you don't have it? Just try it even if you are gone 15 minutes. It's a start to break free.

Putting phones in a faraday cage (ie microwave) sounds like a good idea, but I don't think this ping is a one time thing, it will likely be periodic or on a schedule, so you might be safe from the first run but there will be more (and unannounced).

All these doomsdayers, fear mongerers, conspiracy theorists, etc. just... Ugh. God is in control. Prepare? Yes. Worry and freak out? No. I refuse. Jesus is the pilot in my life, and it's in him that I will trust. What's supposed to happen will happen, regardless. God is in control.

It’s 12:18 pm Oct 4th, I agree with everything your saying. We can no longer depend upon our Government to help in case of a true emergency. We all need to make sure we can take care of our own family then take care of our neighbors. The Lord Jesus is coming back soon and I Pray that everyone gets their heart right with Jesus. He may or may not come during our lifetime. No one is guaranteed tomorrow. When we were all kids back in the 50s 60s we received these alerts because of the Cuba crisis as well other things going on in the world. We had strong leaders that took care of America today we do not have strong leaders. These leaders have destroyed our economy and the immigration crisis has gotten worse because of the leaders in Washington.

I have so very strange feelings about this. Our small town has already started celebrating it. We are.ready to stay at home and hunker down. There ate people from overseas here for the event. Our town has 2 hotels and 3 resturants. They are expecting 170,000 people! Lord help us I pray. With our weather it will probably snow or be cloudy.

I mention I needed to buy a new “grooming brush for my dog” the next day I had a “grooming brush” in my FB feed! There have been other instances since. FYI Do you know every time you verbally ask Seri, Google or smart devices to make a call someone or AI could be listening. Read the fine print every single word. You will see that its to help the virtual assistant learn & hear your voice. Big Brother can also program “certain” words as red flags. Why do think people found other ways to type or alternative ways to verbally say things during the pandemic. You can take what is being said by anyone with a grain of salt but it is crucial to be aware.

Oct 4th is a flash broadcast to flash devices and pull registration (Your info at the cell provider) and geolocation. It may also enable the biometric info saved in the phone to upload, and access the camera, and the mic. It's like an app push update. If for whatever reason you want to avoid it, run your battery dead on the 3rd, and remove the SIM card till the 5th. Faraday cases will work instead of the battery being dead, but you should still remove your SIM card. You can try and skip your time for the broadcast, but they may send multiple on that day.

They can rwmotely turn on your camera, phones already takes a picture every few minutes, everything you type/post can and is logged (especially on social media). If they want to find you, they can ping your device without any alerts going off. They have us more than most people realize so calm down. My husband gets so Angry at me cause I turn off my phone and forget to turn it back on. I explain time after time I don't need a phone, im a stay at home mom and our child does school virtual since the pandemic, my father died and my mom disowned me, I don't talk to anyone but my 2 sometimes 3 children. He threaten me with Divorce if I didn't change my ways, so I started to pack his stuff and put it by the door. I don't need him, he needs me. The kids have even said to him if we separate they will go with me cause they trust me and feel safer with me.
