Wonder Woman doesn’t exactly understand interrogation. There have been a few times we’re criminals have lied to her because her question wasn’t specific enough. It’s stupid but it does happen. And even then, the lasso can be resisted, it doesn’t force you to speak it compels you to. There’s a difference. Batman, Green Lantern, Bizarro have all lied to Wonder Woman while she was using the lasso. Basically anyone with a strong enough willpower can resist it

Terry had his genetics messed with by Amanda Waller and the sperm that was used to fertilize his moms egg didn’t come from Warren Mcginis, it came from Bruce. He is his biological father. In the comics Bruce never learns about this before he dies but the epilogue which is the DCAU canon shows Bruce learn this shortly before his death because he’s in his mid-90s at this point and has to take heart medication just to not die
