Ever since I started my journey and the veil was pulled off of my eyes, I’ve found so much inside myself I wasn’t even aware of that was negative energy, so many ties to fake friends, all this shit that needed to come out of me. It’s now 3 years since I’ve had my awakening and it’s led me to God. God is the true reason why I am completely at peace now, I had to go through so much tragedy, cutting people out my life, basically everything was cut everything out of my life and I am starting brand new. I’m listening to all the good that is inside of me and I’m living my life how I’m suppose to. The devil tries everyday to take my soul but I no longer will let him. It’s a choice. I use to be so weak, but with God’s love made me be able to endure life’s pains and heartbreaks and still stay standing. My flesh may fail me but I stay close to God and he guides my path exactly where it needs to be. Every day i go through so many emotional pains I have to get through, I’ve been through the most I’ve ever been through in my life this year. And this is the year I truly found God and he knew what I needed and he gave it to me. I don’t regret what I had to go through, I’m thankful. Whoever is reading this, God wants to heal your life just like he did mine. Just pray and ask, you will be surprised ❤️

You know, life sometimes throws you big hurdles and you have to find a way to get over them. Never quit and do take care of yourself. You matter. Recently I have had to take some big decisions for me and my kid for our future. There was so much resentment, anger, hate, sadness, fear, I cried so much and was scared of how am I going to fix this??!! Well you can’t always fix things, I also realise I have to take full responsibility for my own choices, even if they’re out of my control, I can see that now. I meditate often while listening to this beautiful piece of music, I know now that it’s time to surrender and have faith that the outcome will be for the highest good of all.

I find this music absolutely amazing on for an evening relaxing routine. 12 Surya namskars + 2 namaskars with hold of 10 seconds, Shavasana, Tadasana, gentle shoulder + head movements ( I am nursing an injury), Trikonasana, Veerabhadrasana 1 + 2 , Utthita Trikonasana, Padangusthasana and an end with kapalabharti. Practice lasts about 1 hour when done unhurriedly and after that a shower, feels bliss :). Thank you for the upload.
