INGREDIENTS:
🔹 3 large eggs
🔹 1 large ripe avocado
🔹 1 lemon, juice of
🔹 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
🔹 1 celery rib finely chopped
🔹 1 shallot finely chopped
🔹 ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
🔹 ⅓ cup chopped fresh dill
🔹 Kosher salt and black pepper
🔹 Big pinch red pepper flakes, I used Aleppo-style pepper
🔹 Extra virgin olive oil
TO SERVE (OPTIONAL):
🔹 Bread of your choice, I used ciabatta rolls
🔹 Romaine lettuce leaves
