Perth, Northbridge are much busier on Friday nights and weekends. Also as mentioned in another post, summer is a great time to come because it gets dark later and there are lost of events on. Friday night in the city is late night shopping so it can be a little busier. When the food markets (in front of H&M) are on over summer then it is very very packed. Please come next summer with Winny. You will love it. I know the two of you love Christmas so you will get to see the Christmas lights etc. Keep enjoying Perth. :)

Thanks for the great vids, you have been blessed with amazing weather! It is quiet because most people are at work, however evenings and weekends South Perth foreshore is buzzing. Snakes will be rare due to the cooler weather, although on a warm day, you never know!

Yes... Fri night through the weekend is busy, livelier. Summer is more livelier too. The cooler weather and less day light hours tends to keep people at home.

Unlike the east coast cities Perth is not a tourist city. Everything you see is for the locals and primarily for families. For that reason the culture here values order and cleanliness. There are places you should avoid as there are in all cities but in truth it's pretty mild. We don't have gang problems because culturally the levels of assimilation and integration is very high be it some cultures don't want to mix and that's fine but they're missing out on sharing a warm and friendly community of people's from all over the world. Very easy place to raise a family, lots of wild life and natural environments to enjoy so it's quite peaceful and very laid back lifestyle. Enjoy your stay. Nice video.

@@benbwaite9858 My young bloke was assaulted at Yagan Square last Saturday at 7.30pm....it happens ! Luckily, it only cost him (or should say me) about $350 out of pocket at the dentist..

@@paulkane7636 That's unfortunate! Although $350 for teeth is cheap, I lost my two front ones and they cost $5k 🫤 Not denying it doesn't happen as the crime stats are there! But like I said between going out at night in Freo, northbridge and scarbs never had an issue myself.
