Clinically diagnosed adhd, ocd, ptsd.. the alphabet soup we like to call it. I agree with both of you! especially with the fact that there is a lot going on. I have seen neurologists, therapists etc. since I was 13 so over 20 years now. I want the symptoms and diagnoses to be taken more seriously in everyday vernacular however I have this afflictive feeling that over the years... we as a collective society may be becoming less and less neurotypical. Between the environment, food, technology, (phones are proven to cause virtual autism) genetics... neurotypical is "giving" endangered species because I am seeing my neurotypical possies act pretty neuro spicy and it sucks, WE NEED the neurotypicals to bouey shit as long as they don't shame the neurodiverse. So that's the extra layer on top of your points. And itt may come as a major surprise to many but since there is such a spectrum that comes to the neurodiverse territory... yea two neuro diverse people can understand each other if they have similar qualities under the huge umbrella but for the most part it's soooo hard to mesh two neurodiverse people! For an example my OCD/ADHD can make me struggle with transitions and make me late to shit so there is literally constant training necessary ( often lots of relapses) but someone else's OCD/ADHD can make them super hyper fixated on being on time and always on time. We can drive each other crazy.
