I also have same opnion about khulla but there is no way to get separation of husband..who r cruel who don't pay any thing or don't even respect his own wife..

1-Don't go for Khula when your husband is at fault as you will lose your dowry. It's a settlement in situations where husband is not at fault he is very good and you want to separate from him then you compensate him with dowry or anything if he agrees that's fine. 2-If husband doesn't agree and Husband is at fault and is cruel. Not maintaining the wife OR giving psychological and/or physical harm to the wife OR there can be some other reasons then go to court to apply for dissolution of marriage because islam doesn't promote injustice and no on has the right to oppress anyone. Judge has the responsibilities to make sure husband doesn't do bad with the wife and is fulfilling humba rights but If he is not then the court has the power to cancel the marriage. In Sura Baqra Allah orders men to keep women peacefully according to customs or let them free there is not third choice. Islam doesn't allow men to make women suffer and hanging in there. That's wrong. Even Allah tells in Sura Nisa that a man can't keep women by compulsion and can't force women to forgive him dowry or any gift she received. Also in Quran it's mentioned very stictly tha Men are not allowed to create unfair circumstances for the women so that she takes khula and forgives him dowry. That's not Halal for the husband. Some husbands do that. There are many things in Quran which women don't know as they have a lot of rights If you read Quran. Men of our society are very very ignorant.

Sir Khula means demanding a divorce on behalf of the wife when the husband accepts then it called Talake Mubarat.
