sir as showed by the name DISSOLUTIN OF MUSLIM MARRIAGE ACT 1939 we supposed that this act is is equally beneficial for both gender women and man. but in this lecture we have seen that section-2 is totally goes in favor of women. sir is there any clause or section available in this act which tell us how a innocent man can get rid of a bad women without any financial loss?? i mean is there any remedy available for man? if all above grounds which you told in this lectures are also present in women(wife) then how a husband can dissolve his marriage without financial, children or any loss( haq mahar, or dowry or gifts etc). please must answer for that.
