Gabbo gets gifted a prized Street Fighter figure from a personal collection. Riff makes way to a anime/video game store and finds THE biggest find in all his time hunting for retro video games. About 6 years ago I brought a boxed Atari 5200 and a bunch of other stuff into a local store and they told me they were too busy for my trade so when another guy came in and wanted my stuff, I started negotiating with him and the store asked me to leave haha

Dude, Adam Korlick goes to Book Off and Hard Off (there's like 4-6 "Off" Stores in Japan) and gets killer deals often. Adrian from Live Action Games went there for me a few weeks ago too, they're also in Hawaii. Very jealous you have access to one.

Keeping a box of donuts is quite handy in any situation. Buying games from your friends, trying to stay on the good side of the cops when you get pulled over. It can work for any situation. At least all those games went to a good home and that is what truly matters.

The previous owner of the game lot was pretty chill and cool about it, we all know, all those sweet games are heading towards your growing and expanding collection, kudos Riff! I also applaud Stewart, he's such a cool guy! Always fun and friendly, I visited most of the book offs in the California area,and he is the best employee, not only with the game collectors, but pretty much with anyone who walks inside the store, the day I went to book off , he really hooked me up with a superb price on the games I selected, next time you see him, please tell him Cristian, one of the channel subscribers, says hi, or just tell him, "the guy with the nice batman wallet" lol, he will get the joke lol, ... thanks Riff , and congratulations on your latest pick up once again! On topic, the Action Replay cartridge that it's on top of the console (the one like looks like a super Nintendo game lol) adds more memory to play the games faster and smoother (specially fighting games) it also allows you to play Japanese sega Saturn imports, cool uhu?! ... congrats! ... I can relate to your story, since one of my friends move to Colorado, and since he knows how much I like games, he gave me his sega genesis and black sega Saturn as a token of appreciation from our friendship. Getting games its amazing, but, the good actions and nice gestures among the gaming community its what's sparks the nice attitude, comradeship and good friendship forever lol, have a nice one "Gabbo the Giver " ! nice. i got a similar deal recently. 8 totes of stuff, lots of Saturn stuff including some higher priced stuff for $100. and the best part was that it was only 1/3 of what they had.

Absolutely amazing score! Color me jealous! A couple of weeks ago I actually found a complete in box Sega Master System at a garage sale with 3 complete games for the equivalent of about $30. And it was the Master System Plus bundle too, with the Phaser and everything. That just made the whole thing even more sweet, since I only had a Master System 2 before. Now I can play my Sega Card games!

@@PixelGameSquad It had been a long time since I found any SMS stuff before that, though. But to be fair, the Master System was a lot more popular here in Europe, so the chances to find something should theoretically be better here... But finding anything older than PS2 games has become a rarity, sadly. I guess it just makes it that much sweeter when you actually get that amazing find. Gotta look at the positive side of things!

Sin and Punishment is a great game. Looked like it had an adapter with it. Great score. Also bought back some memories. Just got back from Japan and bought loads at book off. Got a great score for peanuts really.

Riff--I love that he tried to accept $90 after asking for $100 and you made sure he got what he wanted and that you told him they were worth more than he was asking. That's exactly how our exchange went with our Great Alaskan Pickup series--we told the guy it was worth much more than we were paying, but assured him his stuff was going to a forever home.
